will relay your request to the duty doctor, but in cases of life or
death, call an ambulance. The duty doctor will advise or visit as necessary,
or for advice ring NHS Direct on 0845 4647.

The surgery is on the Burnt
Oak Broadway, adjacent to Edgware Community Hospital. Car parking is
provided in the corner of the hospital car park. Buses passing the door
- 32, 142, 204, 251, 292. The No. 107 passes within easy walking distance.
The surgery is midway between Burnt Oak and Edgware tube stations.
